Excluding: Bilingual QA specialist/PA, lead mental health counselor, lead QA specialist/program assistant, lead therapist – school, manager of operations, nurse, program operations associate, quality assurance specialist/program assistant, therapist, and all other employees, guards, office clerical employees, managers, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
