Unit Sought: All full-time and part-time emergenc medical technicians (EMT's), system status controllers (controllers), and communications center clerks (communication clerks) employed by the Employer in Clackamas, Washington and Multnomah Counties, Oregon and Clark and Cowlitz Countie, Washington; excluding office clerical personnel, mechanics, supply drivers, professional employees, guards, supervisors as defined in the Act, employees employed by the Employer in Thurston and Lewis Counties, Washington and Josephine County, Oregon, and all other employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and on-call/per diem service and business office employees of Auburn Regional Medical Center employed in its new urgent care clinic and cancer treatment clinic, including central supply technicians, unit secretaries, dietary workers, admitting staff, data processors, receptionist clerks, business office clericals, transporters, telephone operators, certified nursing assistants, OB clinical assistants, laboratory assistants and housekeepers. Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, technical employees, confidential employees, skilled maintenance employees, managers, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: All drivers and warehousemen employed by the Employer at its Portland, Oregon facility located at 12029 NE Glenn Widing Dr., Portland, Oregon; excluding guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All maintenance mechanics, including technical solutions engineers, and utility engineers who are under the direct employment of the Darigold, Inc. Sunnyside facility. EXCLUDED: All supervisory, retail store, quality control managers, guards, production employees and other salaried employees as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
