Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its two (2) Klamath Falls stores located at 211 N. 6th Street and 2740 S. 6th Street, including floral, food, courtesy, deli, Starbucks, produce and bakery counter clerks; excluding managers, meet department employees, bakers, guards, professionals and supervisors as defined in the Act.
