Unit Sought: Included: All construction laborers employed by the Employer, including all laborer flaggers performing work with Potelco's natural gas line, asphalt and highway, communications, and powerline transmission and distribution crews, in the following counties in Washington State: Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King, Pierce, Thurston, Lewis, that portion of Pacific County north of a straight line made by extending the north boundary of Wahkiakum County west to the Pacific Ocean, Grays Harbor, Clallam, Jefferson, Mason, Kitsap, Island, San Juan, Chelan, Kittitas, Yakima and that portion of Douglas County lying west of the 120 degree meridian. Excluded: All employees working in bargaining units represented by United Association Locals 32 and 598, IBEW Locals 46, 76, 77, and 483, and IUOE Locals 302 and 612, all clericals, guards, supervisors, managers, and all other employees as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Truck drivers operating out of the Clackamas, OR facility; excluding warehouse selectors/workers, office, supervisors, guards.

Unit Sought: All full-time and regular part-time Class "A" drivers and loaders/relief drivers holding a Class "A" license who regularly averaged four hours a week or more of driving during the preceding calendar quarter, who work at or out of the Employer's Tualatin, Oregon location; excluding all office clerical employees, warehouse employees, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
