Excluded: Technicians, guards and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act, office employees and persons employed by the Company as operational coordinators for engineering duties and concurrent off-camera station breaks and announcements, including station sign-on and sign-off, and all other employees, instrumental musicians (except when speaking or singing).
