Unit Sought: Included: Full-time and regular part-time registered nurses who work an average of four hours per week, including Clinical Specialists, Charge Nurses, Clinical Coordinators, Disability Case Managers, Case Managers, Nurse Midwives, Nurse Practitioners, Perioperative Instructors (OR), Occupational Health Nurses and Women’s Center Nurses employed by the Employer. Excluded: All other employees, Registered Nurses employed by the Employer’s joint venture with the Kidney Center at Vineland, Registered Nurses employed by a joint venture with the Community Health Care, Inc., Registered Nurses employed at Impact, Clinical Reimbursement Specialists, Clinical Patient Relations Representatives, Clinical Research Associate, Marketing Manager, Resource Nurses, Education Specialists, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Also excluded are LPNs, nursing assistants, orderlies, technicians, Education Specialists, administrative employees, students, agency nurses, maintenance employees, directors, and Registered Nurses employed by entities not employed by Inspira.

Unit Sought: INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Maintenance Cleaning Supervisors, HVAC and Maintenance Engineers, Painters, and Building Maintenance personnel employed by the Employer performing work in the following buildings located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: 1315 Walnut Street; 112 South 13th Street; 104-106 South 13th Street; 114-120 South 13th Street; 121-127 South 13th Street; 107 South 13th Street; 109 South 13th Street; 111 South 13th Street; 113 South13th Street; 115 South 13th Street; 117 South 13th Street; 119 South 13th Street and 1224 Chestnut Street. EXCLUDED: All other employees, janitorial employees, clerical employees, managerial employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
