Excluded: Managers, Chief Supervisors, students, official clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All postdoctoral researchers who provide services to the University of Pennsylvania, including Postdoctoral Researchers, Postdoctoral Fellows, NRSA Postdoctoral Fellows, and Research Associates.
