Reasons Why Petitioner Desires Clarification Petitioner seeks clarification as a hyperbaric technician, a position is relatively new position to the Employer. The position requires a technical or professional certification, such as an LPN, EMT or RN. The position also involves the incumbent's exercise of technical discretion and expertise.
