Unit Sought: Included: All full-time and regular part-time of the Northern Units (Duluth, Superior, Grand Rapids, Eveleth, Ashland). The petitioner seeks to merge the existing LPN unit into a unit of all other employees in a "Globe" unit/election. Excluded: supervisors, bio-med techs (approx. 4)

Unit Sought: Included: All full time, regular part-time installers and service employees employed by the employer at its Cambridge, MN facility. Excluded: Office clerical employees, sales staff, managerial employees, employees employed at the employers Coldspring MN and Wabasha MN facility and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Unit Sought: Included: All full time and regular part time hourly-paid, maintenance, shipping, receiving & warehouse employees. Excluded: Office Clerical, Supervisors, Managers, Guards, and all Salaried Employees.

Unit Sought: Included: All Journeyman Electricians, Apprenice Electricians and Electrician Helpers engaged in Electrical Construction work in Bartholomew, Boone, Decatur, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Jennings, Johnson, Madison, Marion, Montgomery, Morgan, Putnam, Ripley, Rush and Shelby Counties. Excluded: Managers, Supervisors, Security Guards, Warehouse, Delivery Drivers, Sound and Communications Workers, Telecommunications Technicians, Trenching Equipment Operators, Office Clericals, and Part-time Help.

Unit Sought: Included: All regular full and part time RN's employed at the employers facility located at 261 Mack Ave. Excluded: All nurse managers, supervicors, technical employees agency RN's PCA's LPN's clerks, office clerical, all occupational therapist, speech therapist. ALl therapist and guards as defined by the Act.
