Unit Sought: INCLUDE: All permanent, full-time and part-time employees employed by the employer at and out of its establishments performing work under the following classifications: Dredge Operator, Universal Euipment Operator, Heavy Duty Repairman and/or Welder, Certified Welder, Crane and Clamshell Operator, Tractor Operator - Pit Excavation and D-10 Dozer, Tractor Skiploader and Rubber Tired Skiploader (over 2 yds.) and "Backhoe Operator, Plant Repairman and/or Welder, Plant Operator, Equipment Greaser, Tractor Operator, Skiploader - Tractor and Wheel type (up to and including 2 yds.), Polymier Recharge Operator, Dredge Conveyorman, Skiploader - Ford Ferguson and similar type (1 yd. and under), Automatic Load-Out Operator/Scale House Clerk, Crusherman Operator, Screenman, Conveyorman, Belt Press Operator, Water Truck Driver, Articulating Trucks/Haul Trucks, Sweeper Driver, Loader Operator, and Foreman.
