Excluded: All other employees, including employees represented by other labor organizations, business office clerical employees, HIM specialists, dietary services coordinator, coordinator outpatient, student interns, agency and temporary employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and employees employed at other locations.
In the event that a majority of those voting in Voting Group A do not vote for inclusion in the same collective bargaining unit as Voting Group B, the descriptions of Voting Groups A and Voting Group B will each constitute separate appropriate collective bargaining units.
