NLRB Region 19-Seattle Announces Results of Starbucks Ballot Count

Seattle, WA—Region 19 of the National Labor Relations Board completed a ballot count on March 22, 2022 in a union election involving employees at a Starbucks in Seattle choosing whether or not to be represented by Workers United. The ballot count was conducted by an NLRB Region 19 employee at the Seattle Regional office. The resultant Tally of Ballots shows the following result:

The challenged ballot is not determinative. A majority of the valid votes counted has been cast for the Petitioner, Workers United. The results of this count will not be certified until the Region processes any objections that might be filed by the parties contesting the election. Any objections to the election are due within five business days after the preparation of the tally, which is March 29, 2022.
