The Boston Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board will be conducting an information session, by teleconference, to answer questions and discuss the new modifications to the Agency’s representation case procedures.

The modifications, scheduled to take effect May 31, 2020, include clarifications to procedures prior to an election that better ensure the opportunity for litigation and resolution of unit scope and voter eligibility issues. The changes also permit parties additional time to comply with the various pre-election requirements instituted in 2014.

Please join us on Tuesday, June 2nd @ 1:30p.m. for the presentation by teleconference.

If you are interested in attending please RSVP by email to Supervisory Examiner Jessica L. Foley at Jessica.Foley@nlrb.gov or Supervisory Attorney Gene Switzer at Gene.Switzer@nlrb.gov

Materials and call-in details will be provided in advance of the training.

Thank you, and hope you can join us on June 2nd.
