On Thursday, September 4, 2014, Regional Director Martha Kinard will serve as a panelist at the State Bar of Texas Office of Minority Affairs—22nd Annual Texas Minority Counsel Program, in Austin, Texas.  Kinard’s presentation will include a discussion of NLRB General Counsel initiatives and the National Labor Relations Act in the non-union workplace.
