NLRB Chairman, Acting General Counsel submit letters for the record to House Subcommittee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions

National Labor Relations Board Chairman Wilma B. Liebman and Acting General Counsel Lafe Solomon have submitted separate letters for the record concerning issues raised at the hearing held February 11, 2011, by the House Subcommittee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions on “Emerging Trends at the National Labor Relations Board.”  The statements, which were submitted on February 25, can be found here and here.
