The National Labor Relations Board is currently in shutdown/furlough due to a lapse in appropriations. NLRB headquarters and all field offices are closed. This website remains available to the public but is not actively maintained during the shutdown. Accordingly, the E-Filing applications (E-Filing, Online Charge and Petition, and My Account Portal) remain available. Documents E-filed during the shutdown will be processed once normal operations resume.

New Election Rules Presentation

The NLRB has published new rules concerning the processing of representation petitions filed on or after April 14, 2015.
Region 25 will be conducting two presentations highlighting the changes that have been implemented by these new rules. This training is for any persons who are likely to be involved in representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. The details of the processing of a petition under the new rules will be covered including filing of the petition, litigable issues, parties' responsibilities, scheduling the election, conducting the election and post-election procedures. On Thursday, April 2, 2015, Region 25 will hold a presentation at 10 a.m. in their Regional offices located at 575 N. Pennsylvania St., Room 238, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204. Then on Wednesday, April 8, 2015, the Region will conduct another presentation at 10 a.m. in their Subregional offices located at 300 Hamilton Blvd., Suite 200, Peoria, Illinois 61602.
