Board Invites Briefs in King Soopers

Washington, D.C.—The National Labor Relations Board invites the filing of briefs in order to allow parties and interested amici an opportunity to address the issues raised in King Soopers, Inc. (27-CA-129598), including whether the Board should revise its treatment of search-for work and interim employment expenses as part of the make-whole remedy for unlawfully discharged employees.  
Briefs from parties and interested amici must be submitted on or before March 18, 2016.
