Cornish College of the Arts  (19-RC-276616)  Seattle, WA, November 22, 2021.  The Board denied the Employer’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s Decision and Direction of Election as it raised no substantial issues warranting review.  Petitioner—Office & Professional Employees International Union, Local 8.  Members Kaplan, Wilcox, and Prouty participated.

C Cases

Servicios Legales de Puerto Rico, Inc.  (12-CA-271685)  San Juan, PR, November 24, 2021.  The Board denied the Respondent’s Motion for Summary Judgment, finding that the Respondent failed to establish that there are no genuine issues of material fact warranting a hearing and that it is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.  Charge filed by Union Independiente de Trabajadores de Servicios Legales.  Chairman McFerran and Members Kaplan and Wilcox participated.

Coca-Cola Consolidated, Inc.  (09-CA-250571 and 09-CA-251021)  Erlanger, KY, November 24, 2021.  No exceptions having been filed to the September 15, 2021 decision of Administrative Law Judge Geoffrey Carter’s finding that the Respondent had engaged in certain unfair labor practices, the Board adopted the judge’s findings and conclusions, and ordered the Respondent to take the action set forth in the judge’s recommended Order.  Charges filed by International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), Local Union No. 1199.
