Summarized Board Decisions

Prysmian Cables & Systems USA, LLC  (09-CA-285597 and 09-CA-286774; 372 NLRB No. 68)  Lawrenceburg, KY, March 23, 2023.

The Board adopted the Administrative Law Judge’s conclusion that the Respondent did not violate Section 8(a)(3) and (1) when it suspended and discharged an employee.

Charges filed by International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT), Local 651, and an individual. Administrative Law Judge Robert A. Giannasi issued his decision on October 3, 2022. Chairman McFerran and Members Wilcox and Prouty participated.
