R Cases

Cranemasters, Inc.  (13-RD-372038)  Chesterfield, VA, July 6, 2026. The Board denied the Employer’s Request for Review of the Regional Director’s Order Granting the Union’s Request to Block as it raised no substantial issues warranting review. Central Iowa Hospital Corporation d/b/a UnityPoint Health – Des Moines  (18-RC-371855)  Des Moines, IA, July 8, 2026.  The Board denied the Employer’s Request for Review as it raised no substantial issues warranting review.  In denying review, the Board noted that the parties’ stipulated election agreement expressly contemplated the possibility of a rescheduled election but did not provide for a change in the voter eligibility date.  The Board further noted that the circumstances of the case were not sufficiently “unusual” and did not amount to the “cause” to warrant the voter eligibility date in the stipulated election agreement to be set aside. Petitioner—Teamsters Local 90. Chairman Murphy and Members Prouty and Mayer participated.

Entergy Louisiana, LLC   (15-RC-372529)  Westlake, LA, July 8, 2026.  The Board denied the Employer’s Request for Review as it raised no substantial issues warranting review.  Petitioner— International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 2286.  Chairman Murphy and Members Prouty and Mayer participated.
