Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Production employees, Maintenance employees, Cold End employees, Cold End Leads, Hot End employees, Hot End Leads, Warehouse and Warehouser employees, Inspector Packers, Storeroom Attendants, Blowing Wool Operators, Multi-Pak Operators, Advance IP employees, Pol Recycle/Forming Wash employees, Applicators, QA Lab Techs, QA Line Inspectors/Lab Techs, Maintenance III employees, Lead Warehousers, Line Operators C12, Batch House Operators, Binder Wash Operators, Maintenance II employees, Telshop/Furnace Maintenance II employees, Process Operators, Line Operators C11, Maintenance I employees, Maintenance I Skilled employees, Maintenance Leads, and Maintenance Lead Skilled 1 employed by the Employer at its facility located at 17775 Ave. 23 1/2, Chowchilla, CA 93610. Excluded: Managers, Salary Workers, confidential employees, clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote The parties have agreed that Maintenance Planner Schedulers and Automation Controls Technicians may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
