Excluded: Non-professional employees, Supervising Attorney, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Program Officer, Clinical, Director, Director of Operations, Legal Director, Managing Attorney, Mentor Parent Program Manager, Chief Executive, managers, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. VOTING GROUP B - NON-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES Included: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees employed by Dependency Advocacy Center at its San Jose, California offices, including in the classifications of Mentor Parent, Senior Mentors Parent, Systems Change Mentor Parent, Senior Systems Change Mentor Parent, Outreach and Referrals Coordinator, Intake Specialist, Paralegal, and Administrative Assistant & Court Intake Specialist.
