Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time CDL Street Sweepers and Non-CDL Street Sweepers employed by the Employer assigned to its facility at 390 E. Gish Rd., San Jose, CA 95112 (“San Jose Facility”), including those who report to the San Jose Facility’s satellite parking lots at 5580 Rossi Lane, Gilroy, CA 95020; 1120 Madison Lane, Salinas, CA 93907; and 6005 Scarlett Ct., Dublin, CA 94568; Excluding all other employees, Stockton, CA employees who use the satellite parking lot at 5400 Neroly Road, Oakley, CA 94561, office clerical employees, guards, managers, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Gerardo Guzman, a CDL Street Sweeper working from 5400 Neroly Road, Oakley, CA 94561, may vote in the election, but his ballot will be challenged since his eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individual in this classification or group is included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of this individual will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
