Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time professional employees, including Occupational Therapists I, Occupational Therapists II, Occupational Therapists III, Lead Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists I, Physical Therapists II, Physical Therapists III, Lead Physical Therapists, Speech Pathologist Clinical Fellows, Speech Language Pathologists I, Speech Language Pathologists II, Speech Language Pathologists III, Lead Speech Language Pathologists, Dieticians, Clinical Dieticians, Clinical Dieticians, Oncology, Clinical Exercise Physiologists, Speech Therapists I, Speech Therapists II, Speech Therapists III, Speech Language Therapists I, Speech Language Therapists II, Speech Language Therapists III, Lead Speech Language Therapists, employed by the employer at its facilities located at Dominican Hospital (Main), 1555 Soquel Drive, Santa Cruz, CA 95065; Dominican Home Health, 2045 40th Ave., Capitola, CA 95010; Center for Lifestyle Management, 610 Frederick St., Santa Cruz, CA 95062; and Katz Cancer Resource Center, 3150 Mission Dr., Santa Cruz, CA 95065; excluding non-professional employees, employees represented by a labor organization, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
