El Segundo Blvd. and the "Factory in a Factory" at 900 North Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo, CA, including those employees in the following job classifications: Aerospace Vehicle Technicians, Electro-Mechanical Technicians, Environmental Test Technicians, Harness Technicians, Machine Proto/Tool Die, Maintenance Technicians, Material Specialists, Mechanical Technicians, Propulsion Subsystem Manufacturing Technicians, Quality Inspectors, and Quality Receiving Inspectors Excluded: All other employees, administrative, professional, engineering and office employees, confidential employees, plant protection and security employees, Finance Department employees, maintenance electricians, employees employed by the Boeing Company, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
