Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All regular full-time and regular part-time employees in the job classifications listed below employed by Sony Pictures Animation Inc. and Chuck Productions, Inc., as a single employer, who perform services at or out of the Employer's facility located in Los Angeles County, California: 1)Associate Production Manager, 2)Central Coordinator, 3)Central Production Coordinator, 4)Production Assistant, 5)Production Coordinator, 6)Production Office Coordinator, 7)Post Production Coordinator, 8)Script Coordinator, and 9)Writer's Assistant Excluded: All other employees, including managers, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the following employee classifications may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election. These classifications are: 1.Manager, Animation Post Production, 2.Executive Assistant, 3.Administrative Assistant, 4.Sr. Administrative Assistant, 5.Post Production Supervisor, 6.Production Managers, 7.Custom Animation Production Manager, and 8.Production Manager – Development.
