Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time and per diem Service employees including Associate Laboratory Assistant, Central Supply Distribution Technician, Certified Nursing Assistant, Cook, Courier, Emergency Technician, Environmental Services Technician, Food Service Attendant, Health Unit Coordinator, Lead Cook, Lead Environmental Services Technician, Lead Food Service Attendant, Lead Laboratory Assistant, Lead Patient Services Specialist, Nursing Assistant, Patient Scheduler, Patient Services Specialist, Patient Sitter, Patient Transporter, Rehabilitation Aide, Supply Chain Technician, and Telemetry Technician employed by the Employer at 4101 Torrance Blvd, Torrance, CA 90503. EXCLUDED: All other employees, other represented employees, business office clerical employees, skilled maintenance employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, physicians, Registered Nurses, guards, and supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that full-time, part-time and per diem Associate Endoscopic Technician, Endoscopic Technician, and Obstetrics Technician may vote in the election, but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
