If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 725, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing bargaining unit described below. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented. INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time maintenance employees including all automotive helpers, automotive workers, automotive mechanics, heavy equipment mechanics, heavy equipment inspectors, welder mechanics, electronics/ele mechanics, warehouse helpers, gunsmith Ills, production control clerks, and buyer employees employed by the Company at its Ft. Irwin, California facility unit currently represented by International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, District Lodge 725. EXCLUDED: All mechanic team leaders, inspector team leaders, office clerical employees, guards and Supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA").
