Unit Description: Included: All full time and regular part time lighting, sound, stage, wardrobe and hair and wig employees employed by the Employer at its theater located at 250 Main Street, Northport, New York. Excluded: Scenic, lighting, sound and costume designers and assistant designers, musicians, music directors, scenic artists, carpenters, prop masters, ushers, company, house, box office and general managers, stage Manager, assistant stage manager, all office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in Section 2(11) of the Act. Proposed clarifications: The supervisors of the Petitioner's five departments (lighting, sound, stage, wardrobe, and hair and wig) should be excluded from the bargaining unit because they are supervisors within the meaning of the Section 2(11) of the Act, managerial employees and confidential employees.
