Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time commissioned sales employees in the guitar, drum, hi-tech, and accessories departments, department managers drum, hi-tech, and accesories departments, department managers, and assistant managers employed by the Employer at its store located at 139 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn, New York. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including employees in the operations department, sales training managers, operations and store managers, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Inasmuch as the parties cannot agree as to whether or not any individual(s) employed in the classification of repair tech should be included in or excluded from the bargaining unit, any individual(s) employed in the repair tech classification will be permitted to vote subject to challenge.
