Unit Description: A. The Union's [sic] have claimed and the Company is satisfied and acknowledges that the Unions, at this time, represent a majority of the Company's employees in an appropriate bargaining unit for the purpose of collective bargaining. The Company hereby recognizes the Unions as the exclusive bargaining agent for all production and maintenance employees in the Phoenix plant. B. It is understood that the Unions do not, at this time, nor will they during the term of this Agreement, claim jurisdiction over the following classes of employees: guards, managerial personnel, confidential personnel, supervisors and clerical workers, as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
