VOTING GROUP B - NON-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES INCLUDED: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Dental Hygienists, Licensed Practical Nurses, PRN Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, PRN Medical Assistants, Pharmacy Assistants, Ambulatory Care Compliance Assistants, Behavioral Health Therapist Community Health Workers, Clinic Coordinators, Clinic Receptionists, Community Health Workers, Custodians, Dental Clinic Receptionists, ISUD Support Specialists, and Value Based Clinical Quality Coordinators employed by the Employer. If a majority of the professional employees voting in Group A vote “Yes” to the first question, indicating their desire to be included in a unit with non-professional employees, they will be so included, and their votes on the second question will be counted together with the votes of the non-professional employees in Group B to decide the question concerning representation for the overall unit consisting of the employees in Groups A and B. If on the other hand, a majority of the professional employees voting in Group A do not vote “Yes” to the first question, their ballots will be counted separately to decide the question concerning representation in a separate Group A.
