Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time Staff Registered Nurses employed by the Employer at its Newark, New Jersey facility, but excluding all Patient Care Technicians, Bio-Medical Technicians, office clerical employees, dieticians, social workers, physicians, Director of Nurses, head nurses/permanent charge nurses, engineers, part time, per diem and/or Bio-Medical Technicians who are regularly scheduled to work less than 17 ½ hours per week, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees. VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time Patient Care Technicians and Bio-Medical Technicians employed by the Employer at its Newark, New Jersey facility, but excluding all Staff Registered Nurses, office clerical employees, dieticians, social workers, physicians, Director of Nurses, head nurses/permanent charge nurses, engineers, part time, per diem and/or Bio-Medical Technicians who are regularly scheduled to work less than 17 ½ hours per week, managerial employees, all professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees.
