Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Department Leads - Convenience Stores, Department Leads - Residential Dining, Department Leads - Retail Dining, Office Administrative Support I – Dining Services and Pantry Leads employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 6049 East 7th Street, Long Beach, California. Excluded: All other employees, student & temporary student positions, Residential Dining, Chefs, Retail Dining, Convenience Store, Supervisors, Assistant Managers, Retail Managers I/II/III, Human Resources Senior Generalists, Communications Managers, Board Administrators, IT Operations Managers, IT Project Managers, Operations Managers, Associate Directors, Controllers, Directors, IT Directors, Office and Admin Resources, II-Human Risk Management, Office and Admins I-III, Accountants II/Financial Analysts II, IT Specialists and IT Techs II, office clerical employees, professional employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES UNION, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of all full-time and regular part-time Cashiers, Cooks I – Residential, Cooks I - Retail Dining, Cooks II – Residential Dining, Cooks II – Retail Dining, Pantry, and Stewards – Residential, currently represented by CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES UNION. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
