Voting Unit (Unit A):PROFESSIONAL UNIT A Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Registered Nurses (RN), employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 7007 Mission Gorge Road, San Diego, California. Excluded: All other employees including, but not limited to, Patient Care Technicians, Patient Care Technicians I, Patient Care Technicians II, Patient Care Technicians III, Secretary/Receptionists, Charge Registered Nurses II, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, Home Therapy Employees (including Home Therapy Care Team Assistants; Home Therapy Secretary/Receptionists; Home Therapy Registered Nurses; Home Therapy LPNs / LVNs; and Home Therapy Patient Care Technicians), managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors, as defined in the Act. Eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of 4 hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for this election

Voting Unit (Unit B):NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT B Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem Patient Care Technicians, Patient Care Technicians I, Patient Care Technicians II, Patient Care Technicians III and Secretary/Receptionists employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 7007 Mission Gorge Road, San Diego, California. Excluded: All other employees including, but not limited to, Registered Nurses (RNs), Charge Registered Nurses I, Charge Registered Nurses II, Bio-Medical Technicians, Social Workers, Dieticians, Clinical Educators, Home Therapy Employees (including Home Therapy Care Team Assistants; Home Therapy Secretary/Receptionists; Home Therapy Registered Nurses; Home Therapy LPNs /LVNs; and Home Therapy Patient Care Technicians), managerial employees, guards, confidential employees, and supervisors, as defined in the Act.
