Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): Included: All registered nurses (RNs) employed by the Employer at its facility located at 9861 11th Street, Garden Grove, California Excluded: All other employees, non-professional employees, managers, administrators, directors, directors of nursing, directors of staff development, human resources managers, program directors, office managers, environmental service managers, dietary managers, maintenance managers, transportation managers, QMRD-qualified mental retardation professionals/qualified intellectual disabilities professionals/qualified development disabilities professionals (QMRP), and assistants to QMRP, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Voting Unit (Unit B):VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): Included: All nursing employees including certified nursing assistants (CNAs), nurse assistants, licensed vocational nurses (LVNs), and Program Coordinators, all administrative employees including office coordinators, medical coordinators, dietary-cooks, dietary aides, dishwashers, food prep employees, and all environmental services employees including housekeeping employees, janitors, maintenance employees, and activities coordinators employed by the Employer at its facility located at 9861 11th Street, Garden Grove, California; Excluded: All other employees, professional employees, managers, administrators, directors, directors of nursing, directors of staff development, human resources managers, program directors, office managers, environmental service managers, dietary managers, maintenance managers, transportation managers, QMRD-qualified mental retardation professionals/qualified intellectual disabilities professionals/qualified development disabilities professionals (QMRP), and assistants to QMRP, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
