Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time, regular part-time, and per diem professional employees employed by the Employer at 250 Bon Air Road and 1350 South Eliseo Drive in the following classifications: Audiologist; Child Life Specialist; Clinical Social Worker, MSW; LCSW I; LCSW II; Occupational Therapist; Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist; Physical Therapist; and Speech Pathologist. The Unit excludes all other employees employed by the Employer, including but not limited to, currently represented employees, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians, technical employees, Physical Therapy Assistants, Senior Physical Therapy Assistants, other professional employees not listed above, business office clerical employees, service and maintenance employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
