Excluded: Certified nurse anesthetists, nuclear medicine technologists, all other professional employees including but not limited to pharmacists, laboratory technollogists, respiratory therapists, registered dieticians, social services coordiantors; and in-service education employees, infection control employees, and quality assurance employees to the extent that positions in these areas do not require a current Calfiornia RN license; all non-professional employees, all other hospital employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, licensed vocational nurses, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
