Unit Description: Included: All regular and t1ial status employees of Transition Projects, Inc. Limited part time employees who consistently work 20 or more hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis for periods in excess of 30 days and who also work on call hours for TPI shall be treated as regular part-time employees and shall be entitled to all contractual benefits granted to part-time employees. Those who work a total of 37 or more hours per week on a regularly scheduled basis for periods in excess of 30 days shall be treated as regular full-time employees and shall be entitled to all contractual benefits granted to full-time employees. Excluded: Limited part time (working less than 20 hours per week), temporary employees (who are hired to work for six months or less in a specific assignment), volunteers, confidential employees. guards, and supervisors as defined by the NLRA. Positions filled on a regular basis (more than six months) will not be filled by temporary employees for more than six months.
