Unit Description: Included Description of Present Unit: The bargaining unit in existence is described in paragraph 1.1(a) of the CBA and Appendix B identified within that paragraph: 1.1(a) All persons working in the Company's plants in the State of Washington, including persons who are on travel status from such plants, who are classified by the Company in one of the classifications listed in Appendix B and including those persons assigned (other than on travel status) at Edwards AFB, California or Palmdale, California who are classified by the Company in one of the classifications listed in Appendix B. All full-time and regular part-time employees employed as Product Review Engineers, Boeing Salaried Job Code 6H6B, employed by the Company at the Boeing Flight Services Training Campus located in Miami, Florida, excluding all other employees and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. 6a Description of Proposed Unit. The petition seeks the following clarification (emphasized in bold and italics below) to confirm the historical exclusion of the Tactical Coordinators (ACPC job code) from the SPEEA Professional Unit: All persons working in the Company's plants in the State of Washington, including persons who are on travel status from such plants, who are classified by the Company in one of the classifications listed in Appendix B and including those persons assigned (other than on travel status) at Edwards AFB, California or Palmdale, California who· are classified by the Company in one of the classifications listed in Appendix B.
