Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, guards, confidential employees, managerial employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act. The RM Petitioner, Albertsons LLC (the “Employer”) contends the job positions “Included” and “Exclude” in the unit should be: Included: All full-time and regular part-time Pharmacy Technicians,1 Lead Pharmacy Technicians,2 Pharmacy Assistants, Certified Tech Specialists, Pharmacy Technician B, and Technicians in Training employed by the Employer at its facility located at 400 Bridge St., Clarkston, WA 99403 (Store #0241).
