Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, part-time, and per diem professional employees employed at Providence Milwaukie Hospital, including Social Workers LCSW, Lead Social Workers LCSW, Social Workers MSW, Clinical Pharmacists, Senior Clinical Pharmacists, Clinical Pharmacist Specialists, Lead Clinical Pharmacists, Dietitians, Senior Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Medical Laboratory Scientists, Senior Medical Laboratory Scientists, Speech Language Pathologists, Chaplains, and Certified Music Therapists1 employed by the Employer at its facility located at 10150 SE 32nd Ave., Milwaukie, OR 97222. Excluded: All physicians, registered nurses, nurse practitioners, physician associates, other advanced practice providers, non-professional employees, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act.
