Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time, regular part-time and relief professional employees employed by the Employer at the Women’s Residential Center and at the Men’s Residential Center in Portland, Oregon, including Counselor III, Counselor II, PMH Nurse Practitioner, Naturopathic Physician, Counselor III Relief, Counselor II Relief, Case Management Specialist, Primary Counselor II, Primary Counselor III, Intake Counselor, Residential Counselor II Relief, Residential Counselor III Relief and Counselor III Relief. Excluded: All non-professional employees, managers, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.

Voting Unit (Unit B):Included: All full-time, regular part-time, and relief non-professional employees employed by the Employer at the Women’s Residential Center and at the Men’s Residential Center in Portland, Oregon, including Residential Counselors, Intake Coordinators, Administrative Treatment Assistants, Drug Free Housing Coordinators, Administrative Coordinators, Kitchen Managers , Cooks, Billing Specialists and Education/Prevention Coordinators Excluded: All professional employees, managers, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. fn. The parties agree Kitchen Managers are not managers under the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act in that they do not have the authority to formulate, determine, or effectuate employer policies by expressing and making operative the decisions of their employer and they do not have discretion in the performance of their jobs independent of their employer’s established policies. The parties agree that employees in the listed classification are eligible to vote in the election.
