The Collective bargaining Agreement between St. Joseph’s Home for Children and American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees, Council 5, Local No. 3481 Federation of Social Justice Advocates AFL-CIO, dated February 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011 also includes within the bargaining unit Business services Department Employees and maintenance employees. However, St. Joseph’s Home for Children does not employ any Business Services Department Employees, and as of August 1, 2010, maintenance employees are no longer assigned exclusively to St. Joseph’s Home for Children and are no longer members of the bargaining unit.
