Unit Description: Included: The eleven (11) full-time, part-time and casual MRI Techs and Specialists employed by Aspirus St. Luke’s at its hospital located at 915 E. First Street, Duluth, MN 55805, seek to be included in the existing bargaining unit of approximately 150 full-time and regular part-time technical employees as certified in NLRB Case NO. 18-RC-16543, including cardiac catheterization technologists, cardio diagnostic technologists, CT technologists, echo cardiograph technologists, exercise physiologists, lab technicians, lead diagnostic technologists, mammography technologists, neuro diagnostic technologists, nuclear medicine technologists, OT assistants (certified), pathology assistants, physical therapy assistants, quality control mammography technologists, radiology technologists, respiratory practitioners (certified or registered), special procedures technologists, surgery technicians, and ultrasound technologists employed by the Employer in its Hospital located at 915 E. First Street, Duluth, Minnesota. Excluded: all professional employees, nonprofessional employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physicians, medical technologists, cytologists, laboratory technical specialists, histology lab technicians, biomedical specialists and technicians, lead lab technologists, certified pathology assistants, clinic employees, and guards and Supervisors as defined in the Act.
