Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP A - PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES Included: All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses (RN) employed by the Employer at its assisted living and skilled nursing facilities located at 605 Minnetonka Mills Road and 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, respectively, in Hopkins, Minnesota. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. Excluded: All other professional employees, non-professional employees, Staff Development Nurses, Therapeutic Activity Directors – Certified, Directors of Food & Nutrition Services, Directors of Housing, Business Office Managers, Administrators, Managers of Human Resources, Housekeeping Supervisors, Directors of Health Services, Directors of Nursing, Health Information Directors, Assistant Directors of Nursing, Directors of Maintenance, Social Services Directors, Chaplains, Infection Preventionists, Social Services Designees, Social Workers, Dietitians, Receptionists, Admissions Coordinators, Health Plan Nurses (RN), Business Office Managers, MDS Coordinator LPNs, MDS Coordinator RNs, Food & Nutrition Supervisors, Unit Coordinator LPNs, Scheduling Coordinators, managers, directors, office clerical employees, guards, and supervisors, as defined by the Act, and all other employees.

Voting Unit (Unit B):VOTING GROUP B - NON-PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES Included: All full-time and regular part-time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistant/Nursing Assistant Registry (CNA NAR), Health Unit Coordinators (HUC), Cooks, Culinary Assistants, Maintenance Technicians, Custodians, Housekeeping Aides, Laundry Aides, Caregivers, Transportation – Drivers, and Therapeutic Activity Coordinators employed by the Employer at its assisted living and skilled nursing facilities located at 605 Minnetonka Mills Road and 615 Minnetonka Mills Road, respectively, in Hopkins, Minnesota. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election.
