Description of Present Unit Included: All hourly rated production and maintenance employees, timekeepers, inspectors, and tooling reproduction technicians of the employer including all confidential employees performing manual labor, tool designers performing manual labor, tool service liaison men, tooling inspectors, template inspectors, lead men of the foregoing classifications, and department clerks employed in the factory in connection with production and maintenance records. Excluded: Maintenance electricians, persons certified by the Board for representation by otherbargaining agents, and any other persons specifically excluded by the Board in Case Nos. 16-R-1724, 16-RC-426, 16-RC-427, 16-RC-502, 16-RC-1153 and 16-RC-2135 including accounting and cost employees, accounting section heads, confidential clerks, department clerks employed in general office and general foremen's offices, and parts plant office, draftsmen, engineers, general office employees, chief inspectors, medical employees, time clerks, tool clerks, tool designers, tool liaison employees, tool design checkers, tool planners, tooling estimators, tooling processors, technicians, group leaders of excluded classifications, student employees, executive, administrative and professional employees, department heads, plant protection employees, and supervisory personnel having authority to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline or effectively to recommend such action. 6a.
