Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Store Attendants (A & B) employed by the Employer reporting to the Corpus Christi Service Center located at 6024 Crosstown Expressway, Corpus Christi, Texas 78415. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. The existing unit includes full-time and regular part-time Telecommunication Technicians employed by the Employer in the San Angelo, Texas Region; Service Crew Leaders, Service Mechanics (A, B, C, & D), Line Crew Leaders, Line Mechanics (A, B, C, & D), Distribution Operation Technicians, and Store Attendants (A & B) employed by the Employer reporting to the Laredo Service Center located at 4817 Fresco Boulevard, Laredo, Texas 78043; Service Crew Leaders, Service Mechanics (A, B, C, & D) and Line Mechanics (A, B, C, & D) employed by the Employer at 108 Kennedy Street, Zapata, Texas 78076; Service Crew Leaders, Service Mechanics (A, B, C, & D), Line Crew Leaders, Line Mechanics (A, B, C, & D), Distribution Operation Technicians, Storekeepers, Senior Storekeepers, Field Meter Servicers, and Lead Field Meter Servicers employed by the Employer at the Pearsall Service Center located at 202 W. Frio Street, Pearsall, Texas 78061 and the Pleasanton Area Office located at 1341 West Oaklawn, Pleasanton, Texas 78064; Service Crew Leaders, Service Mechanics (A, B, C, & D), Line Crew Leaders, Line Mechanics (A, B, C, & D), Storekeepers, Senior Storekeepers, Field Meter Servicers, Lead Field Meter Servicers, and Meter Electricians (A, B, & C) employed by the Employer reporting to the Eagle Pass Service Center located at 1276 Eidson Road, Eagle Pass, Texas 78852; Equipment Repair Mechanics (A, B, C, D), PCB Handlers, and Administrative Assistants (Administrative Assc, Administrative Asst, Administrative Asst Sr) employed by the Employer reporting to the Equipment Repair Facility located at 765 Savage Lane, Corpus DAG Christi, Texas 78408; Service Crew Leaders, Service Mechanics (A, B, C, & D), Line Crew Leaders, Line Mechanics (A, B, C, & D) and Stores Attendants (A & B) employed by the Employer reporting to the Aransas Pass Service Center located at 2353 Highway 35 North Bypass, Aransas Pass, Texas 78336; and Dispatchers, Associate Dispatchers, and Senior Dispatchers employed by the Employer located at 5502 Corporate Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78405; but excluding all other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented.
