Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time and regular part-time Transmission Dispatchers employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 2641 Texas 6, Alvin, Texas 77511. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 66, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing collective-bargaining unit of full-time and part-time production and maintenance employees of the Employer working in the State of Texas as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case 16-RC-101143, but excluding plant protection employees, professional employees, office and clerical employees, janitors, meter readers, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
