Local 73 wishes to clarify whether the following Librarians or Library Assistant III’s are “supervisors” as defined by Section 2(11) of the Act: Michael Babinec, Paul Burley, Drew Clower, Timothy Hagan, Thomas Kropski, Everett Meadors, Daniele Vassileva. The Employer contends the above listed employees are Section 2(11) supervisors, while Local 73 contends that they are not.
