Extended Hours Program Manager; 3. Complex Care Program Manager; 4. Contracts Manager; 5. Database Manager; 6. Executive Assistant and Special Project Manager; 7. Communications Manager; 8. Institutional Giving Manager; 9. Annual Giving and Events Manager; and 10. Senior Support Coordinator. In addition, and to the extent that the Board determines that the above employees are not supervisory, managerial, and/or confidential employees, Employer requests a Sonotone self-determination election be conducted because the Union's Request for Recognition seeks a mixture of professional and non-professional employees.
